Are ARRAD parts OEM, OEM-equivalent, or third-party?

Mix of all three depending on the part. Where we list "New OEM" we ship the manufacturer original. "Refurbished" parts come from systems we deinstalled, fully tested and reconditioned before shipment. OEM-equivalent components are sourced from the same parts manufacturers the OEMs use, with matching specifications and tolerances. Every part is bench-tested before it leaves us.

How does the detector exchange program work?

You confirm the system model and our team identifies a compatible replacement detector. We ship the certified refurbished replacement to your facility (typically next business day for in-stock units) in a reusable shipping crate. After installation, your failed detector returns in the same crate. Exchange pricing is significantly lower than buying a new panel outright and minimizes downtime to a single service visit.

How quickly can a part be at our facility?

In-stock parts ship the same business day for orders placed before 2pm Pacific. Standard ground delivers in 2-5 business days nationwide, overnight is available for emergencies, and we coordinate same-day courier in major metros when a system is down impacting patient scheduling.

Do parts come with installation support?

Yes. Every part listing can be quoted with or without ARRAD installation. For complex assemblies (tubes, detectors, generator boards) we strongly recommend installation by an OEM-trained engineer to preserve calibration and warranty - and to avoid voiding the regulatory documentation on mammography systems.

What documentation ships with each part?
