This part is available as New OEM. The New OEM option ships brand-new from the manufacturer. Refurbished units are deinstalled from working systems, tested, and restored to OEM specification by our biomedical team. Either path delivers the same fit and performance on your Selenia Dimensions system.

This part is qualified for Selenia Dimensions, 3Dimensions, Genius 3D. If you have a non-standard software revision or a system with a custom configuration, share your serial number with our parts desk and we will confirm fit before shipment so there are no surprises during installation.

Yes. Any generator board replacement requires kV / mAs calibration to your specific tube and detector chain. ARRAD provides the calibration as part of a turnkey install. If your in-house biomed team handles installation, we ship the calibration procedure and test report alongside the board.

Standard 90-day parts-and-labor warranty from receipt. Extended warranty coverage is available on detectors and X-ray tubes - typically 12 months parts coverage with a discounted exchange option if the unit fails inside the warranty window. Ask the parts desk when you quote.

Yes. ARRAD field engineers install this part as part of a service visit anywhere in the continental US, with same-day response in Southern California and 24-48 hour dispatch elsewhere. For mammography detectors, tubes and generator boards we strongly recommend ARRAD installation so calibration and the regulatory documentation are kept current.
